Street Style Food

• Mexican Taco station: A variety of tacos that can be tailored according to the guests liking. ($45pp)

 

• Japanese BBQ station: A live station where your Chef will cook grilled Japanese
  prawns, Japanese style beef or Japanese style chicken or pork skewers, served with
  pairing condiments. (Wagyu beef is an additional cost). ($45pp)

 

• Indian style street food: Chicken Tikka or Cottage cheese Tikka that is cooked on
  a charcoal grill, and Tandoori Chicken, OR any other different type of Indian style
  Kebabs ($40pp)

 

• Chinese style Street food: A live Wok station where your personal Chef will be
  cooking a variety of Chinese-inspired canapé dishes for 2-3 hours. ($40pp)

 

• Spanish Paella station: ($35pp)

 

• Live Sushi and Sashimi station: ($40pp)

• 1 Head Chef for the Entire Event
